RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Firenze Florist is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes all different payment methods. Please note that images are for illustration purposes only and all efforts will be taken to create a product similar to the one listed. Product and display differences may occur due to seasonal changes and availability of certain flower types at the time of purchase.

Firenze Florist will offer to repair or replace your product where possible if there is any fault with the product. In the instance where the product can not be repaired or replaced you will be offered with an online store credit note. For major faults, Firenze Florist will offer a refund. Faulty products are assessed on an individual basis and the decision for a refund is at Firenze Florists discretion. All refunds issued will be issued via the original payment method.
