Shipping policy

Firenze Florist is open for shipping and delivery to the Brisbane region only. If you would like a product or service delivered in an area that is outside our delivery service range, please contact us first to see whether we would be able to assist you.  

We offer fresh flower deliveries on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Orders need to be placed by mid-day on the previous business day for next day delivery. (Note: For a Monday delivery order will need to be placed before mid-day on the prior Friday.  There are no deliveries on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Weekends). 

NOTE: For special orders such as Valentine's Day and Mother's day and/or any other special promotions the delivery order cut offs may vary and will be displayed on our website and social media pages. 

Preserved and custom orders are made to order with a lead time of 2-3 days.
